Christian Health Coach Community Effective April 23, 2025

By purchasing a digital product from Christian Health Coach Community (“Company,” “we,” or “us”), you (“Customer” or “You”) agree to the following Terms of Sale. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Digital Products Only

All products sold through our website are digital in nature (e.g., PDFs, templates, guides, trainings, downloads). No physical products will be shipped.

Upon purchase, you will receive access to the files via email or a download link. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout.

2. No Refunds or Exchanges

Due to the digital and downloadable nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be offered.

3. Personal Use License

Your purchase grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the digital product for your personal or business use only.

4. No Guarantees

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, branding, and digital assets are the intellectual property of Christian Health Coach Community. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring you have the proper software or device to open and use our digital products (e.g., PDF reader, Canva access, etc.).
